Lead Vendor Contracts Recruiter

Are you a dynamic, results-driven recruiter with a proven track record for building strong vendor runner books? We are looking for a talented Lead Vendor Contracts Recruiter to join our growing team and help us source, manage, and build strong partnerships with top-tier vendors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to lead a critical part of our recruitment process and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key vendors such as Matrix, Comensura etc.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for sourcing high-quality vendors.

  • Lead and Mentor: Lead a team of vendor recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize performance.

  • Sourcing & Screening: Identify, source, and recruit vendors who meet the company's quality, operational, and cost requirements. You will be building a runner book eventually targeted to £20k GP per month

  • Negotiation: Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and other key terms to drive mutual success and ensure delivery continuation of all current vendor agreements.

  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the vendor market to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and management, to ensure vendor recruitment is aligned with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Vendor Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.

  • Strong background in vendor management and recruitment processes.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing junior recruiters.

  • High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
