The Role:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will spearhead the US Construction division, specializing in placing top-tier talent in sectors such as commercial, residential, infrastructure, and civil engineering. This is a true business development role with a focus on scaling a new vertical, securing key client partnerships, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and win new clients within the construction sector, leveraging your network and market knowledge.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to grow the Construction division, positioning our agency as a leading player in the US market.
- 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and headhunting to closing deals and client management.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with construction firms, developers, and contractors.
- Revenue Growth: Drive billings and exceed revenue targets, with the potential to become a million-dollar biller.
- Leadership & Team Growth: As the division scales, hire and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on business development.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in construction recruitment or a strong network in the US construction industry is highly desirable.
