The role will offer significant opportunities to develop your skills in the following areas.
- Planning and managing production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Generate and maintain Work Orders based on target build quantities, identify material shortages, BOM issues, and inventory discrepancies.
- Working closely with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to optimize workflows.
- Monitoring inventory and ensure material availability to prevent production delays.
- Analysing and improving production efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Support new product introductions and prototype development.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of production planning experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing. Or Degree Educated with an internship within a planning / engineering environment.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
