Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and driven B2B AND B2C sales individual to join the team. In this role, you will handle lead responses, provide quotes, and sell premium pool products to homeowners and dealers. The ideal candidate will initially focus on sales but is expected to grow into a leadership role, building and managing a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate deals with both individual customers and business partners.
  • Conduct needs analyses, recommend suitable products, and coordinate demo visits.
